Linhof M 679

Linhof
designed this camera with a difference. The M679 is an adjustable modular view camera
covering the 6x6 cm and 6x9 formats. The backs of the most medium format camera systems as
well as digital backs can be adapted. Special adapters are available for most of the
existing medium format systems. This allows medium format photographers to use the Linhof
M 679 with their existing equipment. For
control of perspective, increasing depth of field, eliminating converging verticals and
creative movements, The Linhof M 679 offers compatibility to the commonly used medium
format systems including Bronica, Hasselblad, Mamiya, Linhof. You can use your existing
magazines.
The
Hasselblad adapter
accepts Hasselblad backs such as rollfilm
magazines, Polaroid magazine 100, Phase One Scan Back, Dicomed Big Shot. |
The Mamiya
adapter
is designed for the back RZ Pro II, the
Polaroid back RZ, the Phase One Scan back. |
The multi
adapter
accepts the Mamiya RB magazine Pro SD, the
Mamiya 6x8 motor magazine, the Linhof Rapid Rollex slide-in cassette 6x7 as well as
Silvestri system accessories. |
The adapter
for the Linhof revolving frame 6x9 accepts
all Linhof magazines Super Rollex 6x6, 6x7, 6x9 cm and Polaroid 405. This adapter is
furthermore accepting all other Linhof system accessories 6x9 cm / 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 in. |
The Kodak
DCS 465-adapter
permits the use of the M 679 with the digital
back Kodak DCS 465. |
The Bronica
adapter
still under preparation will accept the
Bronica backs 4,5 x 6x6, 6x6 and 6x7 |

The Super Technika 6x9

This is the smallest all-round technical
camera, elegantly styled and built in the finest Linhof tradition of quality and lasting
reliability. It is compact and with all the capabilities for professional work. Similar to
the The Master
Technika 45 - 4x5 in, The super Technika camera
also offers front standard and camera back movements with increased wide-angle efficiency
and a choice of groundglass or range finder focusing. This Technika has a
coupled, coincidence type, dichroic range finder, triple bellows extension, and adjustable
swing back with quick change revolving frame for instant use of cut film and roll film
holders. It has dual tripod sockets and a cable release installed in the anatomical grip.
Lens tilts 15 degrees forward and backward on the horizontal axis. The back swings up to
15 degrees in all directions. Camera bed drops 15 degrees with click stops. Lens has 32mm
of rise, and 25mm of shift. Extension is 300mm. A complete selection of top quality
optics, including two macro lenses, is available.
