Linhof Master Technika Classic 9x12cm /
4x5" Rangefinder Field Camera

The Classic Linhof Master Technika has been
available since 1973. It is supplied with either a
chrome plated body housing or a black finished body
housing.
The Master Technika has a built-in rangefinder that
cam couples to lenses from 75mm up. For lenses from
55 to 65mm an accessory Wide Angle Focusing device
is available. For hand-held use the Multi-Focus
Finder is available which zooms from 75 to 360mm and
comes with a rotating 4x5" mask. Masks for smaller
formats are readily available. The optional
Anatomical Grip for the left side features a
comfortable adjustable strap, a cable release and
the grip easily adjusts to the most comfortable
position. Also available is a Right Hand Anatomical
Grip without strap or cable release.
The Master Technika has geared front rise as well as
front tilt and swing plus shift. The back is
equipped with the Linhof Folding Focusing Hood and
has tilts and swings. The front drop bed has 3
positions and the camera has a triple extension bed.
The Master Technika remains the classical tool of
lasting value for the creative as well as the
technical photographer who needs a reliable large
format system that masters any assignment with
professional efficiency. The highly versatile drop
bed design in the format 4x5 in offers full
adjustment capabilities. Its unique combination of
compact dimensions and extraordinary versatility
makes it equally suitable for hand-held focused
action shots and carefully composed studio or
location subjects. As a top quality professional
instrument, the Master Technika offers perspective
corrections and depth-of-field control with
convenient groundglass observation. The Master
Technika with built-in triple drop bed extension
allows the use of tele lenses up to 500 mm or makro
lenses without any accessories.
